Verista, Inc. is seeking a QA Specialist to join our team in the Raleigh/Durham, NC area. You will ensure quality and regulatory compliance across pharmaceutical processes, equipment, and documentation.

The role requires hands-on experience with cGMP, GDP and audits, along with strong CAPA and deviation management skills. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in QA within pharma or biotech, is detail-oriented, and committed to patient safety and regulatory excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality assurance experience in pharmaceuticals or biotech.
• Experience overseeing compliance with cGMP, GDP and related regulatory standards.
• Strong track record of managing deviations, CAPA, change control, validations and audits.
• Experience ensuring production/testing records are complete and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee adherence to regulatory standards in facilities, equipment, processes and documentation.
• Lead deviation investigations and CAPA programs to prevent recurrence.
• Manage change controls, validations and internal audits to ensure compliance.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of production and testing records.
