Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus four years of experience or Master’s plus two years.
• Experience drafting detailed application program coding specifications.
• Experience integrating development efforts across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records in JIRA and Confluence for developmental work.
• Ensure dependencies are tracked correctly in JIRA.
• Create and maintain documentation of dependencies between development activities.
• Coordinate with Product Owners and schedule RTM meetings.
• Support management activities to synchronize development with other agencies.
• Capture system documentation in a standardized format.
