Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced Training Analyst to support FAA TRACON training programs at the Phoenix, AZ site. This full-time role focuses on delivering instruction and program support for ATC training, including TSEW, TETRA and RTF services, to meet FAA requirements.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years CPC ATCS experience in a FAA TRACON, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. On-site work with occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years CPC ATCS experience in a FAA TRACON.
• Experience at a TRACON equal to or exceeding an FAA ATC Level-10 facility.
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Experience with FAA ATC training programs is preferred.

We are looking for experienced, former FAA TRACON Air Traffic Controllers to join the SAIC team providing ATC, TSEW, TETRA and RTF training, and instructional services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) at the FAA Regional Training Site located in Elgin, IL.

The scope of the contractor-provided services includes all training and training program support to successfully train and prepare students to become fully certified air traffic controllers. SAIC must provide training and training related support services as required for all types and levels of ATC facilities.
