Job summary

Paramount Computer System is seeking an experienced GRC Archer Consultant in Oregon to lead RSA Archer GRC projects. You will implement, configure, and customize Archer solutions and translate business requirements into effective workflows.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in GRC/RSA Archer, strong hands-on implementation experience, and a solid understanding of risk, compliance, and audit processes. You will work with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams, delivering robust Archer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in GRC / RSA Archer.
• Strong hands-on RSA Archer implementation experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Archer application development, configuration, and workflow design.
• Good understanding of GRC, risk management, compliance, and audit processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize RSA Archer GRC solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Archer applications and workflows.
• Design and configure Archer applications, questionnaires, data fields, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Develop and maintain GRC processes for Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, and Third-Party Risk.
• Perform Archer integrations and support data migration where required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Archer application and workflow issues.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to deliver GRC solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and support testing and deployment activities.
