• RRT license or eligibility required for the state of practice.
• Experience performing vascular access procedures in acute or outpatient settings.
• Ability to meet/exceed procedural targets and maintain productivity metrics.
• Territory management: build pipeline, forecast demand, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular access procedures with high accuracy as an RRT Vascular Access Specialist.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures in the EMR promptly.
• Develop and manage a territorial pipeline to forecast procedure needs and revenue.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly procedural targets and productivity metrics.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, infection control, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with clinical teams for seamless patient care and handoffs.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to advance skills.
• Educate patients and caregivers on vascular access procedures, aftercare, and safety.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Represent the company professionally in the field with credibility.
• Provide timely escalation and reporting of equipment or supply needs to operations.
