Tenet-AZ Region in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for ongoing staff assignments. This role is 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift and a $23-29 per hour compensation, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying candidates.

The RRT will provide comprehensive respiratory care, train and mentor staff, and support patients across age groups in ICU, PACU, and general care settings.

Responsabilidades

• Provides respiratory therapy to patients as ordered by physicians.
• Works on cases that are more complex.
• Trains and mentors staff.
• Performs all types of Respiratory Care including diagnostic testing, treadmill tests, PFTs, ABG machine maintenance, hemodynamics, and ENGs.
• Performs procedures in ICU, PACU, and other specialty areas.
• Performs assessment and treatment of patients from newborn to geriatric.
• Precepts students and orientees.
