Job summary

Piedmont Medical Care Corporation in Georgia seeks a Respiratory Therapist to join our patient-centered team. You will perform patient assessments, administer therapies for pulmonary diseases and sleep disorders, and educate patients and families as part of care plans.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences, RRT certification, BCLS, and state licensure. Prior respiratory care experience or successful orientation is required.

Qualifications

• Previous working experience in respiratory care required or orientation completed.
• RRT certification and Georgia state license required upon hire.
• BCLS certification required upon hire.

• Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences Required

Work Experience

• Previous Working Experience in Respiratory care, or successful completion of department specific orientation including skills validation of competencies for the duties and responsibilities of this level Required

Licenses and Certifications

• RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care and Licensed by the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners Upon Hire Required and
