Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to deliver high-quality respiratory care across adult and NICU units. You will participate in assessments, procedures, and patient education, with access to cutting-edge technology and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences required.
• Georgia state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist required or in process.
• Registered by the NBRC and current BCLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and general respiratory care procedures per protocols.
• Support critical care procedures in adult care areas and conduct blood gas analysis.
• Maintain and manage all equipment and provide patient education to families.
