Mercy Hospital Washington in Washington, MO is seeking a Certified/Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) for a full-time 36-hour weekly day shift. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available.

You will administer therapies, monitor patients, and collaborate with care teams to support recovery, education, and safe respiratory care. Qualifications include Missouri license, NBRC RRT/CRT, BLS, and graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program.

What You'll Do

As a Respiratory Therapist, you'll play a critical role in helping patients breathe easier and recover faster by providing expert respiratory care across a variety of patient populations.

Responsibilities Include:

• Administer respiratory therapies and treatments as prescribed
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient respiratory status
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Assist with development and modification of respiratory treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and disease management
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Promote patient safety and best respiratory care practices

Qualifications

Required:

• Missouri Respiratory Care License
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential through NBRC
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
