Allied Benefit Systems, LLC is seeking an Anthem Analyst for the Rapid Response Team to manage communications, adjustments, and closing of claims with Anthem and BCBS across multiple applications. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and collaboration with internal departments.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of medical claims experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and the ability to learn Microsoft Access.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years medical claims processing experience required.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; familiarity with Microsoft Access preferred.
• Experience with QicLink or similar claims systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review daily production and adjustment reports from Anthem to ensure timely close-out of claims.
• Process adjustment claims for Anthem and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
• Send adjustment requests to Anthem and BCBS and assist with inquiries from internal teams.
• Close out claims in BCBS applications and review exception reports.
• Prepare work incentive reports to ensure timely closing of claims.
• Review outbound reports daily for BCBS and perform other duties as assigned.
