This role is highly interactive with the client onsite. A strong customer service focus and desire to provide direct assistance to the client is required.* Provides operational and procedural support to ensure projects are executed in accordance with established departmental, building, and client means, methods, and procedures* Serves as client single-point-of-contact for day-to-day moves, adds, and changes, and project execution related to move management* Provide superior customer service and customer support for day to day activities and questions as well as project support for large moves* Supports the maintenance of a central database in Tririga/Floorscope* Help obtains quotes and generates RFQs required for completion of MAC and simple projects* Receives and manage all project requests for user moves and oversees scheduling, execution and vendor management* Coordinate and schedule walkthroughs with facilities management, vendors and all parties involved in relocations, etc* Ensure all project/account activities and processes are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes including client's and JLL's policies and procedures* Coordinate work order and small project execution with vendors, including but not limited to furniture reconfigurations and space enhancements+ Issues work orders for approved projects to vendors, supervises furniture and related equipment moves, receives and verifies work completion* Perform pre-move and move day duties to include but not limited to: Pre- and post-move audits, furniture inventory, installing signage and supervising movers* Ensure all move management activities and processes are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes including client's and JLL's policies and procedures* Receive and process client ergonomic and accommodation requests, coordinate all ergonomic assessment scheduling with end user, conduct assessment, order products as deemed necessary as part of assessment and assessment follow-up* Coordinate with client representative to provide employees workstations accommodations as necessary**Desired experience and technical skills*** Strong knowledge of relocation move processes and furniture systems* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level internal & external clients* Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed* Software competency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs* Software competency in Smartsheets, AdaptiveWork or similar project management-style programs* Bachelor degree preferred* Minimum 1 - 3 years practical experience* Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently* Ability to problem solve and be proactive in a fast paced environment* Client and customer service focused with strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to priortize and manage several projectsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
