Job summary

TEKEVER is seeking an experienced UAS Operator to support Strategic Development and Operations in the United States. The role combines flying, instructional leadership, and SME responsibilities across Tekever unmanned aircraft platforms.

The UAS Operator will serve as Remote Pilot in Command (RPIC) and conduct check flights, graded evaluations, and final course assessments. Travel domestically and internationally as needed, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of professional UAS flight experience.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on aircraft or UAS maintenance experience.
• Experience supporting U.S. Government customers.
• Proven experience delivering UAS pilot instruction and formal evaluations.
• Operational experience on Group 2 and Group 3 UAS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as RPIC in compliance with FAA Part 107 and company procedures.
• Plan, execute, and debrief flight operations to high safety and operational standards.
• Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and pre-deployment briefings.
• Support deployments, including remote or austere environments.
• Design, deliver, and manage training programs for Tekever UAS platforms.
• Provide pilot instruction and conduct check flights, graded evaluations, and proficiency assessments.
• Mentor and supervise Junior UAS Operators and Maintenance Technicians.
• Liaise between flight operations, maintenance teams, and system manufacturers.
