Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering and development.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath.
• 3+ years of experience working with PKI-secured systems.
• UiPath Associate Certificate and Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer Associate Certifications.
• Proven ability to contribute to technical architecture design, including requirements management and technology selection.
• Experience working within Agile and continuous integration environments.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, deliver, and maintain robotic automations using UiPath, ensuring implementations follow industry standards.
• Code solutions that are secure, scalable, extensible, reusable, well-documented, and sustainable.
• Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and perform due diligence to arrive at optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with software engineers and subject matter experts to identify automation candidates and define requirements.
• Conduct code reviews with peers to ensure compliance with requirements and established standards.
• Capture and communicate development best practices across the team.
• Support delivery objectives by working with the VP of Technology Solutions and applicable project managers.

Position Overview

This position supports our Navy customer and requires the ability to obtain a US Secret clearance. Work arrangement is hybrid; specific on-site requirements will vary based on client needs.

Required Qualifications

• UiPath Associate Certificate and Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer Associate Certifications
• Proven ability to contribute to technical architecture design, including requirements management and technology selection.
• Experience working within Agile and continuous integration environments.
• Strong problem-solving capability.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• UiPath certification(s).
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Prior experience supporting Navy or other DoD customers.

Compensation

$90,000 – $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Work Environment
