Job summary

Simple, a Netsmart solution, is hiring for an RPA-focused developer to design, build, and deploy automated workflows that translate business requirements into scalable bots. You will gather requirements, evaluate feasibility, and implement robust automation across Netsmart processes.

The role requires hands-on experience with UiPath or similar tools, programming skills in Python/Java/C#, and strong SQL/web tech familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or relevant certifications in RPA technologies.
• At least 1 year UiPath or another RPA tool or software engineering work experience.
• Basic programming skills in Python, Java, or C#.
• Demonstrated Microsoft and VBA skills.
• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
• Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies.
• Understanding of process analysis and optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and test solutions to automate processes using robotic process automation (RPA).
• Gather process requirements from stakeholders, assess automation feasibility, and identify opportunities.
• Provide technical direction on design considerations including performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Deploy RPA software and components such as bots, orchestrators, and integrations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues; monitor deployments in development and production.
• Perform quality checks, code reviews, and testing; collaborate with teams to meet deadlines.
