Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Surveillance Security Officer in St. Louis, MO. The role involves monitoring screens, spotting threats, and responding to incidents on a 3rd shift (Fri–Tue, 11 p.m.–7 a.m.).

Competitive pay is $18.50/hour with benefits, a 401(k), PTO, holidays, and uniform provided. Requires HS diploma or GED, 21+, valid license, and ability to pass screening. Uniforms are provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Pass an extensive screening
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and concentration
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• You have a state license if required

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems and detect suspicious activity
• Document events and incidents with detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety
• Control access to secure areas and verify identities
• Analyze systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions
