Job summary

GHP Management Corporation is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician to uphold high living standards across multiple communities. You will perform repairs, prep vacant units, and ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA standards, and company guidelines.

The role requires 1–2 years in property management or hospitality as a technician, with HVAC certification a plus, and the ability to travel to various CA communities. A DMV clean record and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in property management or hospitality as a technician or similar experience.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• Clean DMV.
• Must communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Ability to drive between GHP communities; golf cart Driving may be required.
• Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs and navigating work sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent resident and colleague experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform daily repair and upkeep across GHP communities.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and meet market-ready standards.
• Maintain knowledge of GHP and community policies, OSHA standards, and safety policies.
• Complete basic plumbing, simple electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs as needed.
• Assist with unit painting projects when required.

As a Roving Maintenance Technician, you will play an increasingly important role at GHP.
