Job summary

Pan American Properties, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Roving HVAC Technician to service multifamily communities across the Greater Los Angeles region. This field-based role requires traveling between properties to diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on residential HVAC equipment.

The ideal candidate holds EPA Section 608 certification, practical experience with ductless mini-splits and traditional systems, and a commitment to quality workmanship in occupied and vacant homes.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification required.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems.
• Experience with ductless mini-split systems preferred.
• Ability to travel between Greater Los Angeles properties.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems across multiple properties.
• Inspect and maintain ductless mini-split and heat pump systems.
• Install, replace, and commission HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with dispatch and residents.
