Job Details: Job Location: Musicians Insititute - Los Angeles, CA 90028, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00Hourly, Travel Percentage: 20 + miles, Job Shift: Any, We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer Rover to join our team. The Rover position are often part-time and on call for flexibility in covering shifts at various locations, ensuring the safety and security of our properties. The ideal candidate will be vigilant, professional, and capable of responding effectively to security concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor site conditions to identify potential security concerns or safety hazards.
• Respond promptly to alarms and notify the police or fire department in case of emergencies, such as fires or unauthorized access.
• Verbally warn individuals of rule infractions and ensure compliance with property regulations.
• Allow authorized personnel to enter the property and monitor access points to maintain security.
• Monitor and enforce property removal policies to deter theft and unauthorized activities.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while assisting customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
