MASSACHUSETTS MARITIME ACADEMY is looking for an ROV Assistant Operator to support logistical, technical, and operational aspects of ROV inspections and operations. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical discipline and a valid Driver’s License. The position requires the ability to undertake physically demanding tasks and may involve extensive travel to offshore locations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marine, Ocean, or related engineering/technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
Valid Driver’s License.
Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening.
Responsibilities
Support day‑to‑day logistical, technical, and operational aspects of ROV operations.
Assist in training and on‑the‑job development of junior team members.
Perform physically demanding offshore tasks and follow company safety procedures.
