4M Building Solutions is seeking a dependable Route Window Cleaner in St. Petersburg, FL. You will clean windows on low-rise buildings (up to 3 stories) using traditional and water-fed pole methods, while maintaining a professional appearance on job sites and ensuring safety on every task.

The role involves ladders, drone-assisted cleaning where applicable, and collaboration with team leads. Training is available, and a stable, year-round schedule is offered with benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous window cleaning experience preferred (will train the right candidate).
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable working on ladders and using extension poles.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Experience operating drones or willingness to be trained.
• Ability to obtain or currently hold FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification (preferred).
