Job summary

LMK Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Route Technician in Fort Worth, TX. No experience is required; you will drive a company truck to 10-12 homes or businesses daily to inspect for pests and apply treatments, building strong customer relationships.

The role offers a base pay with monthly performance bonuses, health and dental coverage, and paid time off. You will operate primarily on a single route with support from a local team and dispatcher.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Strong experience in a related trade (lawn care, HVAC, landscaping, facilities) also preferred but not required.
• Valid state pest control license, or ability to obtain one
• 21+ with a clean driving record and driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather, lifting equipment, and talking with customers
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 7am until route completed, usually around 5pm.

What you'll do

What we're looking for
