AVI Foodsystems in Asheboro, NC is seeking an energetic Route Supervisor to join our team. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday on-site and focuses on leading drivers, maintaining accounts, and promoting company programs.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle in a safe manner.
• Good driving record.
• Previous vending experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers.
• Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently.
• Problem Solver
• Willingness to learn in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the training and development of team members.
• Reviews reports for from supervisors and managers regarding profitability at accounts.
• Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Branch Manager.
• Maintains positive customer relations by visiting accounts.
• Manages Drivers.
• Implements headquarters and in-house promotional activities.
• Supports company programs and branch goals.
• Monitors branch inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption.
• Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours.
• Other duties as required.
