Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Service Technician Trainee in Indianapolis, IN to drive a van, service customers, and upsell cleaning products. The role offers hands-on, independent work with training and growth opportunities in a nationwide company.

You will handle route duties, perform basic maintenance, and participate in an on-call rotation every 5 weeks, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Go-getter attitude with self-motivation and pride in work.
• Comfortable troubleshooting and performing light repairs.
• Experience in upselling or light sales is a plus.
• A valid driver's license for at least 3 years is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive an Auto-Chlor van to visit customers and provide good customer service.
• Restock supplies, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure commercial dish machines are running smoothly.
• Build relationships and upsell cleaning and disinfecting products.
• Handle basic mechanical tasks and light repairs.
• Collect payments and provide excellent customer service.
• Be part of an on-call rotation for emergency service needs every 5 weeks.
