Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
• Respond to on-call service needs when required.
• Deliver and pick up cleaning and sanitizing products.
• Collect payments and follow up to keep accounts current.
• Train customers on proper equipment and chemical usage.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Negotiate service renewals and pricing adjustments.
