DataShield Corp is seeking a dedicated Service Technician/Route Driver to join our dynamic team. This role operates 22' to 26' straight trucks on defined routes, delivering secure destruction services and exceptional customer service.

On-the-job training is provided, with paid time off and opportunities for advancement within the company. Ideal candidates thrive in a structured environment, showing patience and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Capability to routinely lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to handle wheeled carts weighing up to 250 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and effectively.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to work shifts up to 10 hours.
• Previous route driving experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate 22' to 26' straight trucks and mobile destruction vehicles.
• Execute 20-30 service stops daily, ensuring efficiency and security.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every stop.
• Uphold the highest standards of security throughout all tasks.
• Accurately maintain route records, customer documentation, and daily service logs.
• Operate industrial equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Load and unload trucks.
