BFC Solutions is seeking a Service Technician in Grand Rapids, MI, starting at 22-23 USD per hour with overtime opportunities. No HVAC experience required as training is provided. The role includes a take-home company vehicle, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits.

• Must have basic mechanical aptitude and comfortable using hand tools.
• Must be reliable, able to work independently and in a route-based role.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Drive assigned route in company vehicle and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC filters.
• Inspect and service commercial sites (roofs, ladders) and complete work orders.
• Organize and load filters, tools, and supplies for daily routes.
• Receive and complete work orders using a smartphone and field apps.
• Overnight travel may be required about one week per month with additional per‑diem.
