Job summary

Watermill Express is seeking a Service Representative to service our refill kiosks with a focus on upkeep, cleanliness, and operation. You will drive a company vehicle to kiosks, perform routine cleaning, basic maintenance, and minor repairs to ensure peak performance for customers.

This hands-on, independent role requires pride in the work, attention to detail, and ownership of each kiosk on your route. This is not a sales position and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• Team player with positive attitude.
• Problem solver and troubleshooter.
• Mechanically inclined and able to use hand tools.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work required schedule.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and act in a safe manner.
• Clean and sanitize outside vending areas.
• Verify component functionality.
• Drive company vehicle to locations within assigned area.
• Perform basic maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of units.
• Collect water samples.
• Other duties as assigned.
