Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean in Daytona Beach, FL to manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts. You will drive a company-owned step van, perform cleaning services on sites, and promote additional products and services to existing customers.

You will build strong relationships through reliable service, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with the team to ensure equipment maintenance and customer satisfaction on a regular, scheduled basis.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license is required.
• DOT medical certification required prior to employment.
• Candidate must be at least 21 years old.
• Must demonstrate strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to a fixed customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis through cleaning surfaces with non-touch equipment.
• Drive a company-owned step van to/from stops and load/unload equipment.
• Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customers.
• Respond to inquiries and proactively solve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.

Cintas isseeking a Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean to manage and grow customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Provideexcellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning customers’ surfaces using customized no-touch cleaning equipment
• Drivea customized company-owned step van to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day, as well as lifting and carrying equipment into and out of customer accounts
• Growthe route by selling additional products and services to current customer accounts
• Ensurecustomer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests and pro-active problem solving
• Cleaning and maintaining the equipment and interior of the vehicle. Specific routes and customers are assigned in order to build a rapport with the customers serviced.
• Customer service and relationship-building is crucial in this position.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT)for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements,qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

All successful candidates will also possess:

• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• A High School diploma, GEDor Military Service
• The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation
• Self-motivation and the drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals
• A positive attitude, along with ambition, organization and service spirit
