Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean to provide cleaning and sanitizing services for customer restrooms, kitchens and other areas. You will drive a company-owned van, service multiple stops daily, and grow the route by selling additional products to current accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The position emphasizes teamwork, a strong service mindset, and the ability to meet DOT requirements for operating a heavy vehicle.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchens for customer sites on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly schedule.
• Drive a company-owned step van between customer stops and service locations.
• Sell additional products to existing accounts (soaps, air fresheners, tissue, towels).
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries with proactive problem solving.

Cintas is seeking Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean to provide a thorough cleaning/sanitizing service for customer restrooms, kitchens and other applicable areas. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis by cleaning and sanitizing all ceramic and tiled restroom surfaces using customized cleaning equipment; driving a customized company-owned step van to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day, as well as lifting and carrying the sanitizing equipment into and out of customer accounts; growing the route by selling additional products to current customer accounts, including soaps, air fresheners, toilet tissue and paper towels; ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests and pro-active problem solving; cleaning and maintaining the sanitizing equipment and interior of the vehicle. Specific routes and customers are assigned in order to build a rapport with the customers serviced.

Requirements

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 - $90,000/Year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, performance, and other business and organization needs. This disclosed range has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
