Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks an Assistant Route Service Sales Representative to service a defined customer base with uniforms and facility products. Daily duties include picking up and delivering items, and occasionally driving to numerous customer stops.

Most RSSRs work four days per week with no weekends, supporting growth and customer satisfaction. Applicants must meet DOT driving requirements, hold an active driver’s license, be 21+, and obtain a DOT medical certification before starting.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license or equivalent
• 21 years of age or older
• DOT medical certification in place before first day
• Provide documentation of previous employment
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the job
• Self-motivated with strong customer service orientation
• Team-oriented with goal-driven mindset
• Positive attitude, organized and service-focused

Responsibilities

• Provide route service to a set customer base for uniforms and facility products
• Pick up and deliver clean/soiled products to customer locations
• Occasionally drive a company vehicle to multiple stops throughout the day
• Work predominantly four days per week with no weekend work
