Job summary

Cintas is seeking an Assistant Route Service Sales Representative to provide routine route service for a set customer base, including pickup and delivery of uniforms and facility products. Duties include loading and unloading, and occasional driving between customer stops across a standard four-day work week with no weekends.

The role requires meeting DOT driving requirements, maintaining a valid license, DOT medical certification, and the ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle >10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license, 21+ years old, DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Strong customer service orientation and team-based work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide route service to a set customer base.
• Pickup and delivery of uniforms and facility products (floormats, dust mops, soaps, restroom supplies).
• Occasionally drive a company vehicle to multiple customer stops.
• Work four days per week with no weekends.
