Job summary

Cintas is seeking an Assistant Route Service Sales Representative to provide routine route service to a defined customer base, delivering uniforms and facility services products and picking up used items. The role involves lifting and moving products and occasionally driving a company vehicle across multiple stops throughout the day.

The position emphasizes a strong customer service orientation, teamwork, and self-motivation, with most RSSRs working a 4-day schedule and no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT requirements for driving a vehicle >10,000 lbs
• Active driver's license required
• 21 years of age or older
• DOT medical certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide route service to a set customer base by picking up and delivering uniforms and facility services products
• Lift, carry, and move products into and out of customer accounts
• Occasionally drive a company-owned vehicle between customer stops
• Most RSSRs work 4 days per week with no weekend work
