Job Description: Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position.

Key Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service‑agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

Skills / Qualifications

• Required:
  • Have an active driver’s license
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Obtain a DOT medical certification
  • Provide documentation regarding previous employment
