Cintas Corporation in Decatur, GA is hiring a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route truck to service and upsell a range of uniforms, mats, towels and facility products to a local base of customers, while ensuring safety and quality on every visit.

Most routes operate a 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends for the majority of assignments.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license and DOT readiness requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain a DOT medical card.
• High school diploma or equivalent; military service acceptable.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers and act as the face of Cintas.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Our Route Service Sales Representatives enjoy:

Key Responsibilities Include:

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• A High School diploma, GEDor Military Service
• The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation
• Self-motivation and the drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals
