Cintas Route Service Representative position opening in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental Division, driving a route to service and upsell in an existing base.

You will deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, cleaning products and other facility items on a physical, fast-paced route. The role emphasizes building rapport with customers, maintaining quality, negotiating renewals, and ensuring safety/compliance.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service.
• Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and the drive to work in a team environment to meet goals.

Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.
