Job summary

Cintas Corporation in North Canton, OH is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a regulated vehicle on an established route, service customers, and upsell products and services while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

This is a 4-day workweek role with solid base pay, commission potential, and a focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• Meet the Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements to drive a regulated vehicle (>10,000 lbs).
• Hold an active driver’s license and be at least 21 years old.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment
