Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced position delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, cleaning products, and other facility services. Base pay with commission potential, plus bonuses, and a four-day workweek.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and DOT medical certification required.
• Be at least 21 years old and able to meet DOT driving requirements.
• Provide documentation of previous employment and driving history.
• High school diploma or GED, or military service as acceptable education.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Key Responsibilities Include

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment
