Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative in Gahanna, OH to manage and grow customer accounts on an established route. You will deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemicals, and other facility products as part of a fast-paced, physical role.

The position offers a starting hourly rate of $24.50 with possible base salary and commission as routes are assigned, and a majority 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Active driver license required and DOT compliance for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products/services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying professional and safe.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers

Skills/Qualifications

Required

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment
