Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast-paced position that involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service items.

Benefits

• Comprehensive 10-week training program with a starting hourly rate of $24.00, until assigned a route
• Solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment
• Majority work a 4-day workweek
• No nights or weekends work

Key Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers and key decision-makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services to existing customers
• Negotiate service agreements and manage inventory professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

Requirements

Must meet DOT driving requirements before employment:

• Active driver's license
• At least 21 years old
• DOT medical certification
• Documentation of previous employment

• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service

• Self-motivated with teamwork skills
