Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental Division in West Virginia. Route partners drive a truck along an established route to service and sell uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility services to an existing customer base.

The role emphasizes building relationships with key decision makers, ensuring quality standards, and upselling additional products.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license and be at least 21 years old
• DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation of previous employment

Job description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Our Route Service Sales Representatives enjoy:

• Comprehensive 10-week training program with starting hourly rate of $xx.xx/hour , until assigned a route
• Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route
• Majority work a 4-Day workweek
• Majority work no nights or weekends
• Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives

Key Responsibilities Include:

• You are the face of Cints to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers

Skills/Qualifications

Required

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.In order to comply with DOT requirements,qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• A High School diploma, GEDor Military Service
• The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation
• Self-motivation and the drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals
