Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Route Service Representative in Santa Clara on a full-time, on-site basis. The role focuses on delivering products to vending, self-checkout, and coffee service channels, while ensuring customer areas are stocked and aligned with client needs.

You will work overnight shifts with a strong emphasis on safety, quality assurance, and customer service. Valid driver's license and a minimum age of 21 are required, and a high school diploma or equivalent is expected.

Responsibilities

• Drive a vehicle that, based on weight, meets the Motor Carrier Act exemption from overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act on assigned route(s)
• Delivery product orders to customers to ensure continuous supply
• Ensures customer areas are adequately stocked (vending machine, market, or coffee supplies)
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

What You'll Do:

As a Route Service Representative at Sodexo, you will use people skills and a commitment to quality assurance and safety to successfully deliver product in the vending, self-checkout, or office coffee service channels. You will use your customer service skills to insure that customer's areas are accurately stocked and work with customers to understand and support their needs.
