Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route to service and sell within an established customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, towels and other facility products in a fast-paced, physical environment.

You are the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers, upselling services, and renewing agreements.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.
• High School diploma or GED or military service.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Our Route Service Representatives enjoy:

• Comprehensive 10-week training program
• Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route
• Majority work a 4-Day workweek
• Majority work no nights or weekends
• Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives

Key Responsibilities Include:

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment
