Job summary

Cozzini Bros., Inc. is hiring a delivery associate in Rochester, NY to deliver and exchange cutlery and kitchen blades to restaurants and food service clients. You will promote company programs, collect payments, and use handheld devices for tracking while maintaining safe vehicle operation.

Light-duty deliveries, no CDL required, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits. Mon–Thu shifts offer three-day weekends and competitive compensation in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Clean driving record and valid license.
• Overnight travel may be required for some routes.
• Previous route sales or delivery experience preferred.
• Reliable, customer-focused with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and exchange cutlery to national and local restaurants, food service, and grocery customers.
• Deliver and exchange kitchen blades on can openers, deli slicers, food processors, and other food service equipment.
• Promote company programs and promotional items.
• Collect payment on invoices (cash, card, check, etc.).
• Use handheld devices for delivery tracking and inventory management.
• Ensure safe and responsible operation of company vehicles.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Do:
