Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route truck, service and sell within an established customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, towels and other facility products.

This is a physical, fast-paced role with a 4-Day workweek for many; most assignments avoid nights or weekends. Training is provided along with monthly/quarterly bonuses and long-term career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have an active driver's license and be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Experience delivering or servicing customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers and serve as the face of Cintas.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying safe.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Our Route Service Representatives enjoy:

• Comprehensive 10-week training program
• Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route

Key Responsibilities Include:

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment
