Job summary

UniFirst is hiring a Route Service Representative (RSR) in Missouri. You’ll be the face of UniFirst on your route, delivering and picking garments, growing customer relationships, and driving sales growth while maintaining safety and quality service.

The role operates Monday–Friday daytime hours with no nights or weekends, serving a fixed set of customers across a defined route. A strong customer service mindset and physical stamina are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or military service) required.
• Driver's license with clean driving record and at least 21 years old.
• DOT compliance including physical exam.
• Prior customer service, route sales, or delivery experience is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new technologies to boost efficiency.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route with daily deliveries and pickups.
• Assist service team by loading/unloading route trucks and ensuring accuracy at start of each day.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers and introduce new garments and products to grow the account.
• Identify upselling opportunities to grow your route and earnings potential.
• Operate a company walk-in truck along designated routes, prioritizing safety and customer service.
• Perform in indoor and outdoor environments, maintaining high energy and attention to detail.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Maintain a predictable schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours with no nights or weekends.
