Join Our Team and Earn a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus! Bonus paid after 90 days, subject to employment status. The Retail Merchandiser will drive to locations, service machines, merchandise products, and ensure security and accuracy on the route.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Retail merchandiser should have strong general mathematical skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic machine repair is preferred.
• Efficient at managing a workload with minimal supervision.
• Cell phone and basic computer skills required, including text, email, and apps on the company iPhone.
• Solid organization skills in managing paperwork, tools, and parts.
• Pre-employment motor vehicle record, criminal background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company vehicle to locations along a daily route.
• Clean amusement machines inside and out, including cranes and games.
• Merchandise products to keep machines visually appealing and playable.
• Count pieces and reconcile playability in each machine.
• Collect cash and deposits; prepare daily deposits as needed.
• Troubleshoot machine issues with Tech Support as needed.
• Maintain security of money, machines and merchandise on the route.
• Build professional relationships with locations and staff.
• Record meters and other route data accurately.
• Overnight travel 1–2 times per month; assist other field staff when required.

Salary Range: $18.00 To $19.00 Hourly

GENDA Americas, is the leading amusement vending service with 55,000+ machines in 15,000+ locations nationwide. We are seeking a passionate merchandiser who thrives independently and delivers results.

Join Our Team and Earn a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus! Sign-on bonus available for eligible new hires only. Bonus will be paid after 90 days of continuous employment, provided the employee remains actively employed and in good standing on the payment date. Applicable taxes will be withheld.

Our motto is “Clean, Full and Working,” which means as a Retail Merchandiser you will:

• Drive your company vehicle to several locations on a designated route each day
• Clean amusement machines inside and out – this includes cranes, gumball machines and video games
• Merchandise the product in the machine to make sure it is visually appealing and ready to be played. Counting the number of pieces in the machine is critical for playability
• Collect cash, coin and tokens from machines. You may also be responsible for preparing a daily deposit of monies collected
• Troubleshoot and fix issues the machine may be having and utilize Tech Support as needed
• Account for the security of all money, machines, and merchandise on the route
• Establish and maintain professional relationship with locations and staff
• Detailed record keeping of all meters
• Overnight travel required 1 - 2 per month during the week
• Occasionally you may need to support other Field staff with installing and removing equipment from locations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
• Retail merchandiser should have strong general mathematical skills
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to perform basic machine repair strongly preferred
• Efficient at managing a workload with minimal supervision
• Cell phone and basic computer skills required, including ability to text, email, and use a variety of apps on your company iPhone
• Solid organization skills in managing paperwork, tools, parts, etc.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment motor vehicle record check, criminal background check and 4 panel drug screen
