Job summary

Interstate All Battery Center seeks a Route Service Manager to deliver batteries and provide exceptional customer service to a predetermined route of dealers within their territory. This role builds strong dealer relationships and ensures correct battery displays and quality programs are executed.

You will load/unload trucks, keep accurate asset records, and manage invoices, warranties, and consignments while adhering to safety standards and driver program requirements.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in delivery and customer service.
• Ability to learn inventory software and use tablets/scanners.
• Clean driving record and valid DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Deliver batteries to dealers on your route safely and on time.
• Maintain accurate inventory, rotate displays, and complete paperwork.
• Build strong dealer relationships and drive sales on the rack.
• Handle warranties, consignments, and cash collection as needed.
• Oversee safety and comply with driver program requirements.
