Job summary

Jackson Services in Omaha, Nebraska seeks a Route Service Representative to service accounts, maintain strong relationships, and introduce customers to additional products. You will work in a company-owned truck, lift and carry products, and represent our brands with professionalism.

Reporting to the Route Service Manager, this role offers a base salary with bonus, a $1,800 signing bonus, health and 401k, paid vacation, and advancement opportunities through extensive training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent driving record with a valid license.
• Must be personable and customer-focused.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service to existing and new accounts.
• Exchange clean products for soiled products at client sites.
• Manage inventory control for assigned route.
• Help achieve annual sales targets and weekly revenue quotas.
• Drive safely and courteously at all times.
• Develop product knowledge to upsell Jackson Services offerings.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
