Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Driver with Reliable Onsite Services to complete daily service routes and service, clean, and stock portable toilets, holding tanks, fresh water systems, and restrooms at customer sites. You will interact with customers and dispatchers, follow safety guidelines, and operate a Route Service truck daily.

Position may require some weekend work; safety is a focus, and prior industry experience is a plus with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of truck driving experience preferred (CDL not required).
• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record are required.
• DOT medical card must be obtained prior to starting.
• This position is Safety Sensitive under United Rentals' policies.
• Industry experience is a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Complete daily service routes in sequence as routed by dispatch personnel.
• Service, clean and stock portable toilets, holding tanks, fresh water systems, hand wash stations and restroom-shower trailers as needed.
• Maintain professional customer contact and open lines of communication with Dispatcher.
• Follow all safety guidelines and safely operate a Route Service truck daily.
• Vacuum, clean and sanitize portable restroom units on customer site.
• Stock/replenish paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap and refill water holding tanks.
• Repair portable restroom units onsite as necessary.
• Frequent customer interaction and recommendations for additional services and supplies.
