Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Driver for Reliable Onsite Services to complete daily service routes, service and stock portable restrooms, and maintain high safety standards. You will communicate with dispatch, support customers on site, and may work weekends as needed. This position emphasizes safety and customer service, with training provided for products and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of truck driving experience preferred (CDL not required).
• DOT medical card must be obtained prior to commencing employment.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record are required.
• Diligent attention to safety is essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily service routes in sequence as routed by dispatch personnel.
• Service, clean and stock portable toilets, holding tanks, fresh water systems, hand wash stations and restroom-shower trailers as needed.
• Maintain professional customer contact and open lines of communication with the dispatcher.
• Follow all safety guidelines and operate a Route Service truck daily.
• Vacuum pump, clean and sanitize portable restroom units on customer site.
• Stock/replenish paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap and refill water holding tanks.
• Repair portable restroom units onsite as necessary.
• Frequent customer interaction and recommendations for additional services.
